Delivery

We have a secure checkout managed by global payment gateway Stripe. Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email and you can always contact us on hello@foundland.shop. This email confirmation will also act as your receipt. All of our deliveries are tracked and signed for and we offer a variety of shipping speeds and rates. We want to be fair and transparent with pricing, so shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and are charged only at cost. Order before 4pm GMT Monday to Friday and we’ll endeavour to hand your goods to your selected courier on the same day, or the next working day if you order over the weekend. Please note that our couriers don't make deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. We ship internationally with Parcelforce and Royal Mail. Please note that you may be additionally charged for local import duties and customs charges, and these are to be paid by the customer. Similarly any return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We take our environmental impact seriously and we use recycled, recyclable or biodegradable packaging wherever possible, so please don’t be offended if the outer packaging looks a bit preloved. Your goods will come beautifully wrapped inside, with no price stickers, ready to be given as gifts.

Returns & Exchanges

You've worked hard for your money so if you see something that you like but then change your mind, please feel reassured that we will return hassle-free. We won’t cry… Much… Maybe when no-one’s looking. To make a return or exchange, simply email us at hello@foundland.shop within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and what you’d like to send back, and we’ll send over the returns instructions. We accept returns for an exchange or a refund within 14 days thereafter. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back unused and in its original packaging. Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price only upon arrival at our address and so we recommend using a trackable delivery service. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time. Please note that unless the item is faulty, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt at hello@foundland.shop and we’ll do our best to make it up to you.
