Cherry Blossom Tea
£6
Sakuracha, or Japanese cherry blossom tea, made by pickling and drying spring cherry blossoms. Simply drop a couple of these pretty flowers into a cup of hot water and watch the blossoms unfurl. In Japan, sakuracha is traditionally drunk at weddings and other special occasions to celebrate new beginnings, and is slightly salty in flavour.
