Originally designed as emergency ration food, Japanese bread in a can is a thing. And it's sweet bread too - cake in a can! Imbued with the nostalgic tastes of Showa-era Japan, this sweet bread stays fresh in the can for up to a couple of years before opening.

With space on the can to write a personal message, it’s good for camping, fishing trips, festivals and making people smile.

Made in Japan. Contains two pieces of bread. Store in a cool dry place. Use by: see bottom of can. The can will make a popping noise when you open it. Consume as soon as possible after opening.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Flavoured Fat Spread, Sugar, Margarine, Egg, Food Product Using Milk Constituent as a Major Ingredient, Salt, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Yeast, Flour Paste, Modified Starch, Carotene (E160a), Emulsifier, Flavouring, Polysaccharide Thickener, Lactic Acid.
